A delicious and easy protein dip made with white chocolate and peppermint, perfect for using up candy canes. This dip pairs well with pretzel crisps and can be thickened by chilling in the fridge or freezer.

What you need

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz candy cane

oz powdered sugar

oz vanilla pudding mix

oz white chocolate

oz monk fruit extract

cup water
Instructions
1: Mix the first 4 dry ingredients together. 2: Slowly add the cold water until the mixture thickens, being careful not to add too much. 3: Mix in 10g of the white chocolate. 4: Store in the freezer for 1 hour or the fridge for 3-4 hours. 5: Add the remaining white chocolate and candy cane on top. 6: Serve with pretzel crisps or any dipper of your choice, or eat with a spoon.View original recipe
