What you need

oz nutritional yeast

tsp garlic powder

bunch green onion

oz extra firm tofu

oz black beans

tsp turmeric

tsp salt

flour tortilla

oz low fat cottage cheese
fl oz skim milk
Instructions
1: Press and drain the tofu, pull apart into pieces for scramble. 2: Mix the 10g nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, garlic powder, and 30ml fairlife and set mixture aside. 3: Blend the cottage cheese, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and 10ml fairlife for the sauce. 4: Cook tofu on medium heat on the stovetop for a few minutes, then pour the first mixture over top and cook for 5 more minutes. 5: Assemble each burrito (warm up tortilla for 30 seconds) with the tofu scramble, black beans, onions, and sauce. 6: Air fry for 5-6 minutes at 400°F, then enjoy.View original recipe
