fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz oat flour

oz light cream cheese

oz white chocolate chips

oz baking powder

tbsp red food colour

cup monk fruit extract

1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the baked oats together (except the white chocolate). 3: Add the wet ingredients, adding the food coloring last until the desired shade of red is reached. 4: Mix in half the white chocolate chips and save the rest for on top. 5: In a separate bowl, mix the light cream cheese and powdered Monkfruit together. 6: Spray a 6.5-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray and pour 3/4 of the batter in. 7: Add the cream cheese filling, then top with the rest of the batter and the remaining white chocolate chips. 8: Bake for 16-18 minutes, then dig in!View original recipe
