What you need

fl oz coconut oil

oz dried cranberries

oz powdered sugar

oz cinnamon

fl oz vanilla extract

oz low fat cream cheese
oz unsweetened applesauce

tsp salt

oz white chocolate

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz light butter

oz white chocolate chips

monk fruit extract

organic eggs
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the bars together, then add the wet ingredients (add white chocolate & cranberries last). 3: Spray an 8x8 inch baking tin with cooking spray and pour in the batter. 4: Bake for 22 minutes. 5: While that's baking, mix the frosting ingredients together, then store in the fridge. 6: Let the bars cool completely, then frost them. 7: Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together, then add the cranberries on top. 8: Cut into 8 triangles, then enjoy!View original recipe
