Reese's Peanut Butter Baked Oat Cake

What you need

oz vanilla protein powder

oz nonfat greek yogurt

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz powdered peanut butter

oz baking powder

oz reese pieces

oz no-calorie sweetener
Instructions
1: Mix all the ingredients together except the Reese’s pieces and powdered peanut butter. 2: Pour most of the batter into a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray (save a couple of tbsp). 3: Mix the powdered peanut butter with water in a separate small bowl, then add the glob on top of the batter. 4: Pour the rest of the batter on top of the PB2, then air fry for 3 minutes at 350°F. 5: Take out the skillet, then sprinkle the Reese’s pieces on top and air fry for another 6 minutes. 6: Let cool for a few minutes then dig in.View original recipe
