What you need

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz white onion

tsp salt

oz white potato

oz light butter

oz garlic

oz shredded cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Slice the potatoes thinly, then add one layer to a baking dish. 3: In a pan on the stove, heat up the light margarine, then add the minced garlic and onions. 4: Pour in the milk and add the cornstarch, then lower the heat. 5: Add 30g of the cheese and mix until the mixture thickens. 6: Pour half the mixture over the potatoes, add the other half of the potatoes, then pour the rest of the mixture. 7: Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, then bake for 40 minutes + broil for 5 minutes. 8: Cut into 6 sections and enjoy!View original recipe
