What you need

oz garlic powder

oz nonfat greek yogurt

tsp salt
oz kale

oz coconut flour

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz mushroom

oz egg white

oz low fat shredded mozzarella

oz alfredo sauce
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450F. 2: Mix all purpose flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and garlic powder together. Then, stir in the Greek yogurt and egg whites. 3: Spread your dough into a pizza shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (make the outer crust part thicker). Sprinkle the bagel seasoning (put more on the crust) and bake for 8 minutes. 4: Meanwhile, lightly cook the kale and mushrooms in a pan on the stovetop for around 3-5 minutes. 5: Take the crust out, remove the parchment paper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 6: Take the crust out again and cover it with Alfredo sauce, then add half the veggies, both cheeses, and then the remaining half of the veggies in that order. 7: Cook for 4-5 more minutes (you could also broil for the last minute if you want), then cut into 4 slices and enjoy!View original recipe
