This monkey bread recipe is delicious and best enjoyed right out of the oven. It features a mix of flour, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and sliced bananas, topped with a sweet monkfruit mixture and a glaze.

What you need

oz nonfat greek yogurt

oz powdered sugar

fl oz vanilla extract

oz cinnamon

tsp salt

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz light butter

tsp water

oz banana

monk fruit extract
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the monkey bread together, then mix in the wet (add the bananas last). 3: Spray your 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray and add the batter into 6 or 7 sections. 4: Mix the ingredients for the topping together and pour over the batter. 5: Bake for 25-30 mins, then mix the glaze ingredients together and pour over the monkey bread. 6: Enjoy.View original recipe
