What you need

cup powdered sugar
egg

oz light cream cheese

oz strawberries

oz vanilla protein powder

oz lightly sweetened whipped cream

Instructions
1: Mix the first 5 ingredients together, using an electric mixer if you have one so they’re smooth. 2: Chop half the strawberries into small pieces and mix those in. 3: Line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners and pour the batter in. 4: Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool and store in the fridge for 3+ hours. 5: Spray light whipped cream around the cheesecakes, then chop 6 strawberries into a hat shape and place them in the middle. 6: Dust with Lakanto powdered sugar and enjoy.View original recipe
