What you need

oz liquid egg whites
oz fresh blueberries

oz pancake mix

oz brown sugar

fl oz maple syrup
Instructions
1: Mix the pancake mix with the egg whites, half the blueberries, brown sugar sweetener, and cinnamon. 2: Cook the mixture on a pan one by one. 3: For the blueberry compote, mix the other half of the blueberries in a cup with a couple of tablespoons of water and 10g of brown sugar sweetener. 4: Heat the blueberry mixture for 30 seconds and mash with a fork. 5: Cover the pancakes with the blueberry compote and cinnamon maple syrup, then enjoy!View original recipe
