oz quick oats

oz mini chocolate chips

oz powdered peanut butter

oz baking powder

oz egg white

oz no-calorie sweetener

oz banana
Instructions
1: Mix the oats, protein powder, Swerve, and baking powder in a bowl. 2: Add the mashed banana, unsweetened almond milk, and egg whites then mix. 3: Spray your 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then pour in the mixture and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top (or you can mix in). 4: Air fry for 7 minutes at 400°F or bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. 5: While it’s baking, mix the PB2 with water and then drizzle on top when it’s done.
