oz tempeh

oz red onion

tbsp garlic powder

tsp salt

oz liquid egg whites

flour tortilla

fl oz bbq sauce

oz cheddar cheese

Instructions
1: Slice tempeh, then coat with sugar free BBQ and spices. Air fry for 10 mins at 400°F. 2: Cook onions in a nonstick pan at medium heat. 3: Beat the eggs and egg whites together while the onions are cooking. 4: Lower heat and add eggs to the pan. 5: When the eggs are close to being done, add the spices and shredded cheese. 6: Crumble the air-fried tempeh with a fork and set aside. 7: Warm up each tortilla for 30 seconds. 8: Add the egg mixture, tempeh, and a little more BBQ sauce to the tortilla. 9: Wrap the burrito as shown and then air fry for 5-7 minutes at 400°F. 10: Slice in half and enjoy.View original recipe
