Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2: Add the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. 3: Add the Greek yogurt and mix (you’ll need to use your hands at the end). 4: Roll the dough into a ball and knead with your hands, then use your fingers to make a hole in the middle. 5: Add to a pan lined with parchment paper. 6: Beat an egg and use a brush to spread the egg wash, then add everything bagel seasoning. 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let cool for 15 minutes.
