oz cinnamon

oz all purpose flour

oz cocoa powder
oz baking powder

fl oz vanilla extract

oz protein powder

oz margarine

cup monk fruit extract

cup pumpkin puree

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Mix the first 8 ingredients into a bowl. 3: Divide the batter into two bowls - mix the unsweetened cocoa powder into one, then mix the pumpkin purée + cinnamon + nutmeg into the other. 4: Spray a baking tin with cooking spray, then add the pumpkin layer & spread, chocolate layer & spread, then the last pumpkin layer & spread. Mix a bit of the chocolate and pumpkin layers together to create a swirl. 5: Bake for 25-30 mins, or until a fork comes out clean. 6: Slice into 16 pieces, then enjoy.View original recipe
