What you need

tsp garlic powder

oz red onion

fl oz water

tsp salt

oz spinach

oz mushroom

oz shredded cheese

oz bbq sauce

egg substitute
Instructions
1: Whisk the Eggcitables mix with around 75ml water and add any desired spices (salt and garlic powder). 2: Chop up your veggies and cook them on a sprayed pan on the stovetop for 2 mins. 3: Remove the veggies from the pan and set aside. 4: Evenly pour the Eggcitables mix into the pan and cook for 3 mins. 5: Add the veggies on one side and cheese on the other. 6: Fold over the cheese side onto the veggie side and cook for 2-3 more mins. 7: Slide onto a plate and top with BBQ sauce, then serve with potato wedges.View original recipe
