tsp garlic powder

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

oz cauliflower

tsp salt

oz all purpose flour

oz mushroom

oz low fat shredded mozzarella

fl oz queso fresco
Instructions
1: Chop up the cauliflower and cook it on the stovetop until 75% cooked. 2: Add the mushrooms partway through and add spices as desired. 3: Mix the queso, mustard, almond milk, and flour in a bowl, then pour over the cauliflower and mushrooms and mix. 4: Add the mixture to a baking dish, then sprinkle evenly with the shredded mozzarella. 5: Cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 350°F or in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°F, then enjoy!View original recipe
