A light, fluffy naan bread recipe packed with protein and filled with buttery, garlic, and cheesy goodness. Each naan contains 16g of protein and is made from a blend of all-purpose flour and PEScience protein.

What you need

oz nutritional yeast

oz nonfat greek yogurt

tsp salt

oz all purpose flour

oz baking powder

oz protein powder

oz light butter

oz garlic
Instructions
1: Mix the flour, protein, baking powder, garlic, and salt together. 2: Then mix in the Greek yogurt (will have to use your hands towards the end, make sure to flour them). 3: Flour a cutting board, then divide the naan into four pieces and roll them out. 4: Heat up a pan on medium heat, then add 30g light margarine. 5: Cook the naan evenly on both sides, then repeat for all four pieces. 6: Melt 10g light margarine and minced garlic, spread this out onto each naan. 7: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, then enjoy!View original recipe
