oz extra firm tofu

tsp salt
oz potato

fl oz bbq sauce

oz brussel sprouts
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
1: Chop the brussels sprouts in half, then put them in a bowl. 2: Spray with cooking spray then coat with everything bagel seasoning, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. 3: Make sure they’re evenly coated, then toss in the air fryer for 5-6 mins at 400°F. 4: For the fries, chop the potatoes, spray with cooking spray & sprinkle with salt and garlic powder, then air fry for 14 mins at 400°F. 5: For the tofu, press the block to remove moisture, chop it up, add to a bag with the sugar free BBQ sauce and shake to coat, then air fry for 8-10 mins at 400°F. 6: Enjoy this delicious and healthy plate.View original recipe
