What you need

oz graham cracker crumbs

oz nonfat greek yogurt

fl oz vanilla extract

lime zest

fl oz lime juice

oz egg white

oz margarine

oz fat-free cream cheese

oz fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

Instructions
1: Mix the crust ingredients together and pour into a mini aluminum pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. 2: Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. 3: While the crust is baking, use an electric hand mixer to combine the yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla extract, monkfruit, pudding mix, lime juice, and lime zest. 4: In a different bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. 5: Pour the yogurt and cream cheese mixture on top of the crust. 6: Bake for 25 minutes at 325°F, then lower to 200°F and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes. 7: Let cool, then refrigerate for 2+ hours. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
